There is a lot if favortism and warehouse supervisor wants to be everyones friend and not take care of issues even though he sees and hears about then, let's the m continue to happen.

Cons

poor management they do not not do anything about issue as to people making errors day after day and suppose to be a lead which Is crap cause this person used to be a sales Rep and made mistakes and couldn't handle it so the warehouse manager put him back in the warehouse in pts dept as a team lead over 1 person. This 1 person had been over there for alot longer and still wasn't even asked to become a lead.

Outside sales representatives have the opportunity to be as creative as they want due to relaxed middle management. Regional managers are expected to operate their own small territory. This requirement allows them to identify best practices and, conversely, pitfalls for their teams.

Cons

Upper management seems to learn by trial and error. In a competitive environment, that can be a disadvantage.

I do like some of the people that work there.

Cons

This company better get on board with change or they will be left in the dust. Upper management does not have a clue to where this company is heading in the future. They play favoritism with certain employees and if management doesn't like you, then good luck! All I can say, the other reviews hit it on the head too.
