Pros

The company has a decent benefits package.

Cons

Managers are not allowed to make any decisions. All decisions, even petty ones, are required to be approved by the company president, which ends up taking days, weeks, months. Compensation is really low compared to similar positions in the Twin Cities.

Pros

various opportunities and positions of various levels and skill sets available and company appears to be open to promoting from within

Cons

lack of trust and professionalism on most levels (i.e. have to punch a time clock for all positions and get "highlighted" if 2 mins late or if clock out a minute before end of day); disrespect for President of company is demonstrated from top down, which sets a negative tone overall
