      Pros

      Working outside is nice when the weather is mild. Employees are nice. Flexible for high school employees.

      Cons

      Being forced to move to a new store to fill in when others quit. Always being short staffed and working 6-7 day 60 hour work weeks to keep hourly associate pay low. The human element has been removed from the focus of the company and now they are focused on limiting the length of employment of managers to keep wages low.

      Pros

      good staff fun work environment flexible work hours if in school tuition assistance if going to college (minimum 25 hours a week at work) compensated for doing a good job at team meetings

      Cons

      takes up all hours after school relativaly low pay for amount of work having to deal with exceptionally rude customers team meetings at 6 A.M no facial hair allowed must have short hair and no tattoos that are visible
