Amazing training program that greatly prepared me for a career in sales. Friendly employees. Management sincerely cared for its employees. I got to wash my car for free several times a week. Great company culture. Lenient if you need any time off.

Cons

You are constantly working outside so it can be very cold in the winter or hot in the summer months.
