Pros

They have air conditioning. They have heat. They have toilets and running water. They offer benefits.

Cons

There is an inordinate amount of focus placed on LGBT services, although they do not collaborate with any of the LGBT organizations in Colorado. The LGBT group is very young and quite immature without a clear focus. Many in management are unlicensed, and supervise licensed people. The CEO of the company claims to be licensed, but he only has a certificate, not a license. The pay is half of what it is at other companies. Benefits take a very long time to kick in (90 days).
