Pros

It's really difficult to find a good company to work for that pays well, doesn't stress you out, or makes you feel as if you're not doing enough. Mile High has a great culture and overall, it's the respectful attitude that people have for each other that I really appreciate. I don't think I've worked a job before where people didn't consistently complain or talk trash about the company. This is a first for me to be at a job where people are in good spirits about the organization. It almost upset me at first when I realized what I accepted from other companies in the past. It would take more than a significant amount of money for me to leave Mile High for another company; because my mental health means just as much, if not more than money to me. I don't know if I'd want to take a gamble and end up working for a company that pays more but doesn't have a culture like Mile High.

Cons

I can't really think of any major cons of the job. I work in admin so I can really only speak on my job and my POV. Are there things at my job that I don't particularly care for? Sure, but I don't have anything specifically that stands out. The work isn't difficult, but it's not menial and below my capabilities to where I'm just sitting here bored all day.

Thank you for your time leaving a review. MHBHC has been able to do annual raises every year. MHBHC also provides credentialing increases for licensure. As well as cover the cost for employees to obtain their LAC, CAS, CAT and COPA(for peers). Please connect with your manager to learn more information about those benefits. Thank you for your work!
