Pros

The culture is healthy, there is a good amount of autonomy and independence balanced with accountability. The support team is phenomenal and taking care of customers is a high priority.

Cons

AI is not the top topic of conversation which is a bit concerning but then again, also reassuring that AI is not being used to replace staff.

Great company culture. They live their beliefs and don’t just post it on their website to look good. They really focus on career development.

Cons

Salary is lower than the competition.
