Very family-oriented! Everyone has your back in any time of need. Love this place so much!

Cons

The workload can get a little heavy sometimes, but as long as you speak up help will be there if you need it.

Pros

The ability to learn and advance from within - When I started over a decade ago, I started as a entry level helpdesk. Every year or so I was able to advance roles and even change divisions until I found the job that was perfect for me. I like the autonomy - While things are generally processed based, there is a lot of autonomy throughout the day in your approach to problems and scheduling. I have enjoyed every employee I have ever had to work closely with. I feel you will learn more within 1 year at this company than many other places will learn in five. Living remote has allowed me to embrace the life I want.

Cons

There are high standards and expectations but they are very clearly defined. There is always a lot to learn and it might be overwhelming to some but I have always enjoyed the challenges.

Cons

Not anything that is worth mentioning. Not perfect but always working to be close to it and takes the steps needed to do just that.
