I started working at Miles IT in 2017 fresh out of college with no experience. But that didn't matter to Miles. What mattered were my skills and my desire to learn and grow. Fast forward 5 years and I doubled both my responsibilities and compensation and gained more knowledge about marketing, all things business technology, and leadership than I ever thought possible.

Cons

The starting pay is lower than some "averages" you find online, but Miles does pay close attention to your contriutions and update your compensation accordingly. The medical benefits are also hard to work with.

The company truly goes the extra mile to promote a healthy work-life balance and supports the success of its employees both professionally and personally. The culture is positive, collaborative, and focused on continuous growth — making Miles IT an exceptional place to work.
