Nice people, your team members will help you as much as they can.

Cons

Management doesn't want to pay people what their work is worth. Management doesn't follow through on most promises due to senior management piling work onto them and prioritizing an arbitrary revenue goal.

Our salary offers are almost always at or above what a candidate has entered as the desired salary or they are at or above what they were making previously. The average salary increase per year is more than double the average salary increase nationwide.
