Pros
Coming from a smaller MSP built from the ground up and having to wear all of the hats, Miles Technologies has really taken all of the stress off. Working at Miles has really allowed additional experience and growth beyond the limitations of having to do everything at a company. There are others with similar or more experience and knowledge which really helps when you can walk up to anyone and seek assistance. Having a well structured environment to really break down Support vs Project/Opportunity really allows you to focus on the work which needs to get done to have users get back to work and be productive. Overall: Knowledge, comradery, "All one team", Family first, and everyone is really looking to elevate each other rather than stepping on them.
