      Good learning process but unrealistic expectations

      Pros

      - When you have some time between tasks, they assign upskilling courses which you need to finish to move up the ladder in the company - Helpful team mates and team leads - Appreciation and awards for good performances - Moderately good compensation - Compensation and bonuses for completing courses

      Cons

      - The clients are sometimes too annoying - Unrealistic expectations on deadlines even when you have genuine reasons to be late on some tasks - You will bear the brunt for releases not going out on time even when the client is slow in making the requirements clear
