Coworkers - they are hand picked and of the best caliber Flexibility - I home school and work a full day all from my remote position Culture - Did I mention the coworkers are the best in the WORLD! Each day is different - No matter what, your day here is never the same. Promotions are preferred to come from within and MOST positions have many options to suceed.

health insurance - I have had better options

Awesome culture, they really care about their employees and it is the focus of the company.

Cons

No sick time but the job is remote so it is not a con at all.
