      Pros

      They are very flexible when it comes to taking care of yourself. Time off, medical appointments, sick days etc. - they don't give you a hard time at all. If you don't have enough PTO you can work extra hours to earn more. Or you can take the time off without pay, if you choose. Again, no hassle. Management is supportive and they actually listen to feedback/suggestions. They are always looking for ways to improve. They encourage employees to be in positions that fit their skill sets, even if that means lateral movement to a different department. I feel like there are always opportunities to be promoted. Their training process is great! Very thorough and complete.

      Cons

      The compensation, considering the complexity and intensity of the job, should be higher. They changed the health benefits this year and the overall feedback from coworkers is not great. My experience with the new health coverage has been frustrating. In my department there tends to be a lack of documentation when processes & procedures are changed, which can cause confusion.
