      *Professional and friendly environment *Feels like the company has your back - they are tactful and effective at dealing with customers who act unprofessionally or create undue stress for staff *Senior team members are great mentors for learning more about your discipline *Constantly being challenged, but always with someone there to help if needed *Company invests in employee growth and well-being *Good work/life balance and a belief that some things, like family, need to come before work

      *Feels like there needs to be better collaboration and communication between members on different teams/in different divisions on a regular basis

      If you are obsessed with sales commission checks and making the most in bonuses this company culture may not be the best fit.
