Pros

The culture is great and is supported by both the leadership team and employees. Everyone has a voice and given platforms like team Level 10s, 1 on 1s to ask and evolve. The belief system is also something that is really refreshing and aligns with how the company lives and breaths. Overall I love the people, environment, and culture here.

Cons

Work can get busy, but help is available if/when needed.

Good Coworkers - Upper Management/Pay Disconnect

Pros

- Flexibility with where physically you work + Flex Time - Supportive coworkers on same pay/class bracket as you - Continual attempts to improve diversity in teams by company as a whole

Cons

- Underpays their employees, then says that they pay standard wages on Glassdoor, or blames employees for not asking for more. - Monthly updates by CEO pressure for growth and place responsibility of lack of pay on employees - Immediate management is sympathetic to company wide issues, but it feels like the C Suite of the company is completely disconnected from the daily life/struggles of the working class of the company

When people build their career with us, they experience many raises in their salary and continue to have a competitive salary as they advance their skill sets. The cost of living varies greatly in different areas. Being a largely remote company with employees across the country (and around the globe) we set our salary ranges to a national average. The goal for our monthly "Good News Updates" is to celebrate our growth and successes as a company and to keep employees informed of news within Miles IT. Our intention is not to place blame, but to acknowledge that we are a team and every employee takes part in making us a great company.

Good for freshers as they are unaware about practical world.

Cons

To be honest, it depends on your team. But i would say, you would not like to land in the company, who ch does not have policy, procedure and depends a lot of individual decision maker. You should not be working in such environment.
