      Pros

      As a growing company that values career development, the opportunities to grow and advance are limitless. There is not a day that goes by that is boring or that I don't learn something new. And, the people I work with are awesome!

      Cons

      Like most professions in IT - it is important to continuously learning to stay on the forefront of current technologies.

      A wonderful place to work

      Pros

      - Incredibly friendly and inviting work environment - Plenty of additions to the office to help relieve stress - Pays well, plenty of opportunities for overtime - Easy to get help - Excellent ticketing system produced in-house

      Cons

      - Very fast paced work environment - Upper management constantly adding customers without adding employees to balance the work load - Frequent changes and additions to the methods customers use to reach out for help, making it very confusing to keep track of what is happening - Very high focus on metrics and metrics alone
