This experience does not align with what we believe and want our culture to be at Miles Technologies. When people build their career with us they experience many jumps in their salary and continue to have a competitive salary as they advance their skill sets. Even though your employment with us ended, I hope that you look back on the positive experiences. I appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback, there are times that we know that an employee’s future would be brighter pursuing another opportunity, rather than continuing employment.
