      Pros

      You get to work with great people - friendly, helpful, and super smart! The team environment helps you learn and grow faster than just doing work on your own, and the company really encourages personal and career development by pursuing your passion, both improving in your current job and looking for your next opportunity within the company. There are new challenges every day, and it is definitely never boring! The ongoing Miles University training for both technical and soft skills, team events, and ability to work on a variety of technologies and businesses keeps things fresh.

      It's a fast-paced environment and expectations are high; people who aren't ready for that may not succeed here.

      -Friendly team members, always willing to help -One- on- one meetings with your manager focused on your career development -Advocates for continued education through various resources like certifications and courses. Bonuses are available for some of them if you do them outside of work hours. -Great sense of community whether in the office or working remote. There are various groups to participate in from book clubs to cooking chats.

      Pros

      I really love working here at Miles. It's been always fun: fun people, environment, ideas, fresh "techy" approach to everything. I work in a very friendly and collaborative environment. I like the fact that Miles Technologies always provides new opportunities for development and growth, both personal and professional. We take certifications and get bonuses for completing them. We also have Miles U sessions, coffee talks, book clubs, virtual games, etc. Miles Technologies is a company that truly loves and values technology and people who work here.
