Pros
Love to come to work at Miles every day. The work always challenge my brains, it's a non-stop learning environment while enjoying the benefits of having a huge facility with all kinds of entertainment for the employees and their families. I love to be able to do my workouts at the gym during my lunch and play Volleyball with my coworkers once a week at the end of the day. My daughter loves to come visit me, this is a like a playground for her so we often come during the weekends to enjoy the facilities as well. They are very flexible and always find ways to help with family or personal matters. Great place to learn and work hard while having fun.
Cons
You won't get bored and will never stop learning. If you love what you do and want to get better at it while having fun, then there is no cons.
