      Be Aware, its not what it looks like. Dont be fooled.

      Pros

      A lot of new technology to work with

      Cons

      Management, they will hire you when they need you and will let you know when they dont no matter how much experience or how good your performance is. You will always end up working late and wont get compensated. they will expect more for a lot less. Wages are average. I have seen whole support team change within a span of just one year.

      Thank you for being part of our company. Even though your employment with us ended, I know that you cared. Thank you! I hope that you look back on the positive experiences. I appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback and I am going to make adjustments to hopefully help someone that experiences a transition similar in the future. There are times that we know that an employee’s future would be brighter pursuing another opportunity, rather than continuing employment. Knowing this does not make the decision easier and we have to be empathetic while sharing that we believe the decision is the right direction for the staff member’s future.       Pros

      I learned more working at Miles in 1 year than I did at my last company which I was at for close to 5 years. You will work with all types of technologies and customers. Almost everyone on my team is friendly and are willing to help If asked. My manager is very good and extremely helpful. There are very smart people who work here and there is so much to be learned from all of them. Likes others have said: stocked kitchen, gym area with basketball and some other things.

      Cons

      The pace has burned me out. You are expected to close X amount of tasks per day which you can do but you need to work extremely hard everyday and put an hour or 2 in each night for no overtime to keep caught up. My team is always shorthanded which leads to more work for everyone else on the team. The technical talent in support just keeps getting pulled into other positions and the team keeps becoming less talented. Support lost a key member a few months ago and It feels like things have been going downhill since. I do not have a lot of confidence in the person in charge of support now. Training material is hard to get.

      Pros

      Extremely fast paced, an incredible attention to detail on everything that is done. Tasks are challenging and every day I learn new things.

      Cons

      Not enough time in the day to get everything done. Your voice is not heard if you don't make connections.
