Pros

Miles Technologies works with an engaging group of customers and performs interesting and exciting work for them. There are some good workplace perks included in working for Miles (like nice break room and fully stocked kitchen)

Cons

As with most companies, there are some challenging personalities to work with. Workload balancing can be a challenge, especially when raising a valid concern is considered a weakness instead of a responsibility.

Pros

Miles Technologies definitely plans for the future and there are several meetings and employee feedback that is taken into account about how to meet future goals and what those goals will be. This is a challenging place to work, but in a good way. You are asked to do a lot, and often slightly outside your current comfort zone, but there is good support around you to help you succeed. Management is there to help you, but they do not breathe down your neck to get something done.

Cons

Depending on which division you are in, getting to know your peers in anything other than a work related capacity can be slow, because everyone is very focused on the job at hand. Can take some time to feel like you are really part of the team. But at least you know that the place you are working is serious about getting work done and doing it the right way.
