      Good place to work, just be prepared for fast pace, a broad range of client issues, and heavy workload

      Pros

      Great people, fun environment, kitchen stocked with healthy foods, ping pong, air hockey, and other games in the breakroom, horse shoe and basketball tournaments, company and department outings, good medical benefits, 401(k), interesting and diverse range of job positions and assignments. Team structure within the IT department gives you a chance to develop a one-on-one rapport with your assigned clients, but also allows you the variety of working with other clients as need arises to balance the workload.

      Cons

      Medical benefits are a LITTLE on the pricey side compared to some places I've worked, but the coverage is great. There are still some issues with poor documentation and communication, but they are improving constantly and as the workforce grows, there will be more time to devote to fixing these issues.

I'm glad you appreciate the range of positions and assignments as you mentioned. I also appreciate your honest feedback in regards the areas you believe there is room for improvement. As you mentioned, communication--both within and among divisions--is certainly a challenge for a business and we are constantly looking for ways to improve that, especially as our workforce continues to grow. This type of feedback we receive from our employees goes a long way in helping us improve.

      Pros

      * Variety: Projects, clients, and overall work are constantly changing, so there's little burnout from doing the same things over and over again * Culture: Everyone seems happy to be there and the work environment is structured so that people get to know each other outside of work too * Feedback: There's a system in place of letting employees know customers were satisfied

      Cons

      * Hours: Staying after hours is fairly common * Feedback: There isn't much in the way of letting employees know customers (or managers) were NOT satisfied

      Pros

      Excellent company culture, employees have great relationships with each other. Challenging work that keeps you interested. Great place to work if you like to have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology.

      Cons

      Salaries can be low for the quantity of work done. After hours work is expected of nearly everyone. Customers can be among the most demanding (and at times demeaning) in existence.
