      I’ve been a full-time team member at Miles IT for a little while now, and witnessing our growth has been an incredible journey. What strikes me most is that as we’ve grown, we haven’t lost our soul. The leadership truly puts the team member first. The culture is built on kindness and mutual respect, yet we remain fiercely committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients. The perks are genuinely life-changing: - True Remote Flexibility: Not just "work from home," but a culture of trust where you are empowered to manage your own time. - Trust from Management: Micromanagement doesn't exist here; results and ownership do. - Fun Environment: We are encouraged to enjoy the work we do and the people we do it with.

      -Strong & positive company culture -there is a strong focus on career development -there is plenty of opportunity to learn in the work being done on a day to day basis as well as through Miles University and certification programs -Employees are recognized through customer Raving Fan Merits and through Star Teammate Awards on a daily basis

      Cons

      -We are in IT services. Some customers can be challenging. -The pace can be fast, which some people are more inclined to like than others.
