      Pros

      I have been working at Miles IT for more than six years, and I can confidently say it is one of the best places to work. Career Growth: There are ample opportunities for career growth. Managers are very supportive, and the company provides a customized, dedicated career plan for each individual, which helps employees grow both professionally and personally. Work Culture: There is 100% transparency and visibility in the work. Employees receive full recognition and credit for their contributions. Company Culture: Miles IT follows a set of strong core beliefs that focus on personal growth, career development, and company success. These beliefs are applied consistently across all levels - from new employees to the CEO and are not just on paper; they are genuinely practiced.

      Cons

      Nothing significant to mention. If I had to point out one area, it would be that some policies, such as leave and holidays, are not fully aligned with regional or country-specific norms

      - Beliefs and values are actually "lived by" and not just words on paper - Coworkers are friendly and always ready to step in and assist when you need help or direction - Tons of opportunities to expand to grow your knowledge, skills, and career - Great benefits with an engaging and fun environment. 1 PTO day given every month. - Management is focused on helping you suceed and giving you the keys to unlock the future ahead.

      Cons

      I could think really hard and possibly find something to list as a con but for now nothing comes to mind. Miles IT is one of the best career choices I've made.

      Fully remote - can work from home Expectations are pretty clear You can grow however you want to in any part of the company

      Cons

      Pay is a little less than average for the industry
