There are some good people that work here — they are the biggest benefit.

Cons

Religious politics. Very Christian and conservative. If you are from Rockwall and fit into that “mold” you will have a better time. Lots of nepotism within the church many go to and relationships with the founder. People get demoted and moved around a lot.
