      Pros

      Milgard treats employees fairly and seem to really care about the people who work there. Corporate is awesome but the actual workplace culture in the day to day alot of the actual employees in the office are catty and petty and it is a stressful office environment because of that.

      Cons

      There was a lot of game playing and throwing people under the bus instead of working as a team, and I found this to be true from the top down, it really made me sad

      Pros

      My boss (the only strong leader in the management team and he was laid off). The benefits are reasonably good.

      Cons

      Management is a good old boys club entrenched in the past. Employees are not valued; tenure counts more than talent. Change is poorly implemented, morale is low, departments don't work well together and layoffs have been out of control.

      Overworked. customers screaming, Stress. Turnover was crazy!!!
