I have been with Milgard for less than 6 months and they have lived up to everything they promoted throughout the interview process. The company and employees as a whole are working towards the same goals and objectives which creates an environment of unity, respect, and hard work! I am excited to continue my career with this great company!!!

Lots of overtime, great employees, great benefits, good management, they really care about their employees, Monthly bonuses, and you get compensated for good work

Cons

Pay isn't that good, thats just about the only negative thing i could say everything else is good from my experience
