Pros
Excellent Leadership Development Program, and commitment to community, e.g., charities, local help, and the like. Senior management is very supportive. Pay and benefits are very good also, and the people are friendly. Customer relations is and service are pushed very hard.
Cons
The position's duties were not entirely as represented, and hiring replacement personnel was very difficult because of extremely high front-end requirements. The work is high-stress; and staff turnover is about 30% annually. I've been in my professional specialty for close to twenty-five years, and this is the first company I've felt burned out at.
