      Pros

      They payed a large part of the medical benefits.

      Cons

      Milgard was a family run company that forgot that it sold itself to a huge conglomerate (Masco). Management at the Temecula branch is/was too willing to sell outside of established guidelines. This caused huge headaches when sales would say no and follow procedure.

      Pros

      Great benefits and profit share. People treat one another very kindly and with respect.

      Cons

      One minute late and you're written up. Being sick with no sick days counts against you. Six times on any attendance policy infraction and you're out, no matter what. Overtime is mandatory at times, an hour everyday and half Saturday.
