Competitive wage, cool people to work with.

Cons

Work has been so slow for months, it is hard to get by now. They are hiring new people left and right which makes it hard to get hours in an already slow environment. Growth is based on how much the supervisor likes you, not on your work ethic. I used to love my job, they are very nice to new employees but older employees must watch poor management and little incentive to stay at the job. High turn over rate due to above statements. They wonder why people leave. Here is the answer.

Pros

The people here are easy to work with and the training never stops. Everyone has something they can teach you about every aspect of the company.

Cons

It can be a little overwhelming trying to learn the jargon, especially if your new to the field. Learning the background behind what’s done to make these doors and windows is a little extensive.

We do tend to have some inside language, don't we? The products themselves have a certain level of complexity and there is a learning curve. We do have designated trainers in each location and we will continue to work to ensure they can spend the right amount of time with new employees.
