Pros

You can get in shape. And meet some really cool people too.

Cons

Find out who sucks there and run the other way. Pay sucks! Honestly if management cared and drivers where paid more they wouldn’t start thinking about quitting before the first week is over. Also the company has lost sight of what they do and you will be worked to death and paid far below what you should be getting with all the drama that goes with that place. Toxic work place!

Milgard was very good to me if you put in the effort you can learn a lot, the benefits are great, as well as the people you work with

Cons

Milgard is not for everyone, the work is fast paced and the product is heavy

Pros

Plant meeting are always great and they give employees opportunity to speak their mind. Employees get rewarded with free catering lunch for great work and work free accident.

Cons

Too many gossipers and sometimes problems aren't solve fairly.
