      Great people! Fair Compensation. Quarterly reviews provide regular feedback to every employee.

      Cons

      Weak senior management. Politics within the organization are considered sport. Milgard cultivates conflict between employees believing it makes them a better organization.

      Pros

      Down to earth people. Management has high level of integrity - Gessel, Sturgis.

      Cons

      Lots of talk about philosophy, but favoritism is given to many individuals. You may get written up for the smallest situation of "disrespecting" another employee and another may have a blind eye turned. HR is way too concerned about "investigating" insignificant issues - people are dragged into rooms for interviews. This creates chasms between employees as each thinks the other is sharing personal information about the others. Dialogue is stifled.
