Strong emphasis on producing a quality product and providing great service. Company has excellent benefits at an affordable cost to employees.

Cons

Production, Warehouse and Delivery typically work a lot of overtime in the Summer months.

Pros

Good workers and good communication from evening supervisor. Management provides proper hydration to employees during hot working conditions.

Cons

Can be a very fast paced work environment and very strenuous work lifting large pieces of glass. Temperature can get very hot during the summer times due to heat generation from ovens.
