      Learning opportunity for everyone. Interesting place to see and interact with production environment

      Supposedly lots of respect for the individual. Spends alot of cash on "process improvements" that are not implementable

      Enjoyed working at Milgard

      Pros

      My supervisor Nhi Nguyen which is no longer working there. She was the best supervisor I have had. Very calm in stressful situations and helpful to everyone. She goes the extra mile for her team. I enjoyed how Milgard does team building and training classes. We also would have different pot lucks and events that would help everyone to get to know one another and come together as a team.

      Cons

      One downside from working at Milgard would be the point system.
