One very noticeable Ethnic representation in US offices, and they only hire people with their same ethnic background and caste, everyone else is minority here (White, Black, Latinx). Managers, directs and entire teams are the same ethnic representation, so expect discrimination against minorities. Duplication of work with so many Managers doing the same position now, those managers were chosen by tenure and not by skill Legacy Managers backstabbing and complaining behind each others backs is the norm. They fight for attention during meetings and talk nonstopp to show their rank, but in reality they wouldnt know how to do the work Turnover is no joke, updated noncompete for longer periods, notice period 3 months Culture is: US vs India from teams now. Soon to be India vs India because they are not hiring Americans in US anymore
