Cons

New operations management only looks out for themselves and does not care about previous employees and there skills. Just looked to clean house and bring in there own.

Pros

1. Reputable Company: Millenium is a prominent player in the hedge fund industry. Working in such a company can be a good addition to your resume, showcasing your ability to work in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. 2. Industry Knowledge and Technical Skills: Despite the challenges faced, my tenure at Millenium allowed me to acquire invaluable industry knowledge and technical skills. This experience has undoubtedly equipped me for better opportunities in the future.

Cons

1. Poorly Structured Processes: The internal processes within the IT department lacked clarity and efficiency. This often made it challenging to execute tasks effectively and contribute to the organization's objectives. 2. Lack of Transparent Communication: The company did not provide any prior notice or constructive feedback about job performance before termination. This lack of open communication was disappointing and seemed to detract from the professional growth and job security typically expected in a workplace. 3. Arrogant Management Style: The management style within the IT department was marred by arrogance, which unfortunately fostered an environment lacking mutual respect and open communication. This significantly affected collaboration and overall job satisfaction. 4. Abrupt Termination: The sudden termination without adequate notice or explanation was disconcerting and could have been handled more professionally, respecting the rights and dignity of the employees.
