Pros

Overall, great people to work with. A lot of the staff really really cares about Millikin and it's students.

Cons

Salary is low but there is a lot of opportunity to have your hand in different roles/areas of campus.

Small, close to home, good family/work life balance, decent vacation and sick time.

Cons

Very very low pay, high turn-over rate, zero training, your opinion doesn't matter, no opportunity for career growth/development.
