• Small campus • Most people that work here love the people in their department • Great first job

Cons

• They will add more work to your plate and not pay you any additional salary • In athletics, if you are not on the football staff, the AD truly doesn’t care about doing what’s best for your program. Priority one is football and there is not negotiations. Even if football goes 0-10.
