Have to wear heels everyday and short skirts in order to "sell fuel". You have to be female to be front desk(which I think is illegal). Even if your clothes are ironed, the tiniest little crinkle (or not)and you will be humiliated in front of everyone and told to go iron it in the back. We had to get people to cover our shifts even if we're sick. My manager called me out by name in a group meeting for not doing something correctly one day after she already talked to me about it one on one. Additionally I was sick one day during my "probationary period" and my manager told me I needed to get a doctors note in 2 days when I wasnt even eligible for their insurance and the employee manual said you only needed a doctors not for 3 days of sick leave. To top that off, I had gotten someone to cover the shift and worked the day before my doctors not was due. I refused to pay for a doctors visit because the other lady that was on probation had gotten sick and was never asked for a note. I was definitely being singled out. Also, if you're upset about your schedule and express it to your coworker because you get the crappiest shifts and have no life outside of work, it will be brought up in a meeting. Even after your manager talks to you one on one about it.
