Easy work, lots of diversity, very little management involvement

Cons

Company is on COD for 90% of vendors, management is impossible to work with, employees with no motivation, very little support equipment that works as originally intended.

Amazing customers. Cool airplanes. Fun working environment, the team is like family.

Cons

Owners don't care that their team members are struggling financially. They don't want to pay more even though we all know that they make plenty of money, especially with some of our contracts. Drama...some employees feel like their roll is more important than others and that they are in charge of everyone. We don't have an on site HR, and the person that fills that roll shares what everyone says to others.
