This place is sinking fast under clueless leadership

Pros

There is absolutely no benefit to working here. Every second spent at this company is time you'll regret losing.

Cons

The company is on a fast track to collapse. The people in charge have no clue what they're doing. Financial decisions are reckless, targets are completely detached from reality, and leadership is so out of touch it's almost unbelievable.

Pros

Benefits. Some days were slow, gives you some down time.

Cons

The lack of proper leadership and management leads to a chaotic workplace. Employees were often confused and that led to stress and frustration. Lots of conflict between managers which was the reason for the high turnover within management.
