Committed Company and Rising Potential

Pros

I am a returning employee to Miltope, being with the company 2 1/2 years. The difference in the sitting Administration and former leadership team from my first tenure is night and day. Current leadership inherited numerous issues that had never been addressed or left by the wayside, Miltope was in a downward spiral with no formal direction. In the past 2 years, with Dianne Howells at the helm, Miltope has been operating in a more professional and business setting, making headway in the defense contracting world and planning a path for future endeavors to secure the future of the company, Hurtful reviews only make me wonder, what has that previous of current employee added to improve Miltope?

Cons

Company works very LEAN and you will wear many hats; however this just adds to increase of your skill set.

Terrible management issues

Pros

Every other Friday off, that's it.

Cons

Management is a joke now. The employees suffer, due to their terrible decisions. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews. The medical insurance is horrible. As soon as I can get another job I am leaving. By the way, that review from July 29th is differently from Management. Instead of writing fake reviews why don't you hire people that can do the job?

The only positive thing here is the reasonable schedule.

Cons

The inexperienced management if Miltope keeps making terrible decisions that negatively affect the company and its employees. The worst part about the incompetence of the leadership is that the employees are the ones who are affected the most by all the awful and ineffective decisions made. We are the ones who suffer and have to adjust the most.
