Nice product, good client support.

Cons

If you aren’t in the “Boston Good Ole Boys”sales club, you will be treated very differently. Enterprise sales as new business only is an absolute joke. You do not have the tools to succeed. You will be a sales rep, channel rep, SE, and marketing all rolled onto one, and then people wonder what happens when you can’t make your numbers.
