Great office space, good autonomous working environment, WFH, fun & intelligent people (generally), ice machine in the office...

Cons

Lack of communication/direction on new initiatives/projects, some issues are not followed up seriously when raised, lack of transparency and communication with changes and when hiring/firing within the team
