Since the founder, Peter Bauer, left - Mimecast has gone completely downhill. All they care about is profit rather than the happiness of their employees. Will criticize you for taking time off no matter how hard you work. I’ve been repeatedly hit on by marriage coworkers while working here. Yet, your fellow teammates will treat you like a stranger no matter how many times you interact with them. Mimecast has completely lost it’s soul and the karma of that attitude will be catching up with them shortly

Mid level/management and sales floor has great relationship and working processed

Cons

New EXCO makes decisions (or attempts to) from an ivory tower with nearly no communication at all. Depending on which way the wind is blowing processes and initiatives can turn on a dime, which frustrates all customers and is leading to losing customers.
