      Pros

      Mimecast has a great culture. We have been a top player in the SEG space for the past 3 years. The sales compensation plans are competitive in the space and provide the opportunity to push into accelerators. Technology is solid and customers are generally happy.

      Cons

      Very competitive space. Lots of players in the SEG space that muddy waters for customers. 3rd party analysts have a difficult time defining who the leaders are.

      The people make Mimecast

      Pros

      Lots of very talented engineers solving complex problems. The vast majority of people are a pleasure to work with and that’s what makes us still have a startup vibe. Having worked for several other large corporations Mimecast is the best company I have ever worked for by far. The new office in London is world class.

      Cons

      As with all companies there are some small pockets or individuals that are difficult but I’ve never worked at a company where that doesn’t happen.
