      Great culture Uncapped earning potential Everyone is always happy to help and this has allowed me to develop significantly High growth company which is committed to developing your skills + career Overall would say it's the ideal role for a fresh graduate to start their sales career Young team throughout the sales floor

      Cold calling (Although, over time the leads become much warmer as you make more connections) High-pressure role - Seen a few people not make it past probation as they simply weren't good enough
