-Sales reps that have been at the company for years are condescending are not welcoming to new employees -Tools and procedures are antiquated and choke the inside Sales teams -Many sales managers have been successful by default over the years and have minimal/poor managing skills to support their reps that leads to more attrition’s -Good people leave while some reps (channel) haven’t worked in years and are allowed to continue to work

People appointed to Junior Management positions in Sales on time served and not ability. Subsequently they are not able to help junior team members who are new to the role, token 'help' is provided in order to tick management boxes when they really couldn't care less. Do not join if you are looking to improve skills, learn how to sell Software B2B or gain industry experience, only join if you are already the complete package. There are better specialist security organisations out there. Witnessed bullying of an individual by Mid-Management which caused significant mental stress to them and led to them essentially being forced out despite a decent and respectable sales record over two years. Shameful to witness.
