Cool office (though not close to anything else) Great energy, Mimecasters really like working here! Free lunch M-Th Good products Knowledgeable team members Opportunities for advancement Great health benefits Overall I've had a really positive experience here

Cons

Lack of focus Little accountability Some people work really hard while others seem to slide by Time off allotment and 401 (k) match could both be better

Fantastic, hard-working people (for the most part) Excellent product portfolio and an EXCO team that is supportive of new initiatives Great health insurance packages and family benefits. Volunteer and donation match ability to support community involvement. Flexible working environments (for some)

Cons

Some of the legacy leadership team are scared of change and not embracing what it will take to bring Mimecast into the lean enterprise. Culture is hip but caters to the younger crowd (28 and under).
